Summary

We're a performance marketing team looking for a rockstar video editor to own creative production across multiple clients. You'll be producing video ad creative at volume, so speed, quality, and a real feel for what performs all matter. This is not a "cut the clip and add captions" role. We need someone who understands what makes content stop the scroll and convert, and who can turn that instinct into ad creative that actually performs. Scope of work: • Edit high-quality short-form video for paid Meta ads and organic posts • Produce AI voice-driven videos and edit talking-head content • Source B-roll and build and maintain a dedicated B-roll library for each client • Turn briefs and raw footage into multiple performing creative variations for testing • Iterate quickly based on the ad performance data we share with you • Manage creative across several client accounts at once, keeping each one organized and on-brand Must-haves: • A real grasp of content that performs with the algorithm. This is the single most important thing. If you don't deeply understand hooks, pacing, and retention, this isn't the role for you. • Proven ability to create ad creative that drives results, not just clean edits • Strong skills with AI voice tools, B-roll sourcing, and talking-head editing Strongly preferred: • Hands-on experience editing creative for Meta ads • At least 1 to 2 organic posts you edited that hit 1M+ views To apply, include: • 2 to 3 examples of ad creative or short-form video you edited (link your best performing work) • If you have a viral post (1M+ views), link it and tell us what made it work • One sentence on what you think makes a Meta ad hook stop the scroll Applications without work samples will not be reviewed.
