Senior AI Architecture & Agentic Systems Partner Specification

Senior AI Solutions Architect / Fractional AI CTO Spartans Technologies is looking for a senior AI Solutions Architect / Fractional AI CTO-level partner to support enterprise AI projects. We need someone with strong hands-on development experience, deep understanding of LLMs and AI architecture, and the ability to work with serious organizations on practical AI implementation. This is not a junior role, not a prompt-engineering role, and not a simple Make/n8n/Zapier automation role. What You’ll Do You will help us analyze client needs, understand their business pains and tech stack, and define practical AI solutions that can actually be built. Typical work may include: Reviewing client briefs, workflows, systems, and constraints Identifying realistic AI opportunities Designing AI/LLM architecture Planning RAG, AI agents, orchestration, APIs, connectors, MCPs, and data flows Recommending tools, models, cloud/on-premise setup, and implementation approach Creating clear technical documentation for developers and clients Supporting proposals, technical scopes, estimates, and project planning Joining client calls when needed Required Experience We are looking for someone senior with: Strong software development / architecture background Hands-on coding experience Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and orchestration Understanding of MCP, APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, or Vertex AI Understanding of on-premise / private LLM deployment Strong awareness of security, permissions, sensitive data, audit logs, and enterprise risks Excellent English communication skills Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical people Important Skills Relevant skills include: LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, MCP, Model Context Protocol, Tool Calling, Function Calling, Vector Databases, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Architecture, On-Premise LLMs, Private LLMs, AI Security, Prompt Injection Prevention, AI Governance.
