# Marketing & Operations Assistant (Freelance / Part-Time) I'm looking for a reliable freelance assistant to support me across a range of marketing, content, website and operational tasks. This is initially a small trial project, with the potential for ongoing monthly work. ## About Me I'm a strategic search and visibility consultant based in Brighton, working with a mix of purpose-driven organisations, charities, sustainability businesses and commercial clients. The role is varied and would suit someone organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple digital platforms. ## Typical Tasks Examples include: * Uploading and formatting content in WordPress * Publishing blogs and landing pages * Checking content for formatting and quality issues * Creating and scheduling Google Business Profile posts * Updating website content and metadata * Basic image sourcing and optimisation * LinkedIn post formatting and publishing * CRM and spreadsheet updates * Research tasks * Light project coordination and follow-up * Basic reporting and data gathering * Supporting client deliverables ## What I'm Looking For Essential: * Excellent written English * Strong attention to detail * Reliable communication * Ability to meet agreed deadlines * Comfortable using WordPress * Able to follow documented processes * Proactive and organised Desirable: * SEO awareness * Google Business Profile experience * GA4 familiarity * Content publishing experience * Experience supporting consultants or agencies ## Important I value: * responsiveness * reliability * communication more than technical expertise. I'd rather work with someone who communicates well and follows through than someone with advanced skills who is difficult to manage. ## Trial Project Initially I am looking for support with a small number of tasks to assess: * communication * responsiveness * attention to detail * quality of work If successful, there is potential for ongoing work of approximately 5-15 hours per week. ## To Apply Please tell me: 1.
