We are looking for someone who can generate real business growth and is motivated by performance-based rewards. What We Need Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on influencer partnerships. Identify, contact, and negotiate collaborations with influencers in the trading, forex, crypto, and finance niches. Build affiliate and referral campaigns. Coordinate influencer content launches and track performance. Propose creative growth ideas that can generate new users and paying customers. Compensation This is primarily a revenue-sharing opportunity. Instead of a fixed salary, we want to work with someone who believes in performance and long-term growth. We are open to discussing: Percentage of generated revenue, Hybrid models (small fixed fee + revenue share), Long-term partnership opportunities. Requirements Proven experience with influencer marketing campaigns. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience in fintech, trading, forex, or crypto marketing is a major advantage.
