We are looking for a growth and conversion-focused agency to help us position, launch, and scale the academy. This is not a generic social media engagement. We are looking for a strategic partner that can help turn subject-matter authority into qualified leads, paid enrollments, corporate training opportunities, and long-term brand authority. About the AI Governance Academy The AI Governance Academy is built for professionals and organizations that need practical, implementation-ready training on responsible AI and AI governance. Our target audiences include: * Risk and compliance professionals * Legal and privacy teams * Data science and model risk teams * AI product and transformation leaders * Executives and board members * Consultants and professionals transitioning into AI governance * Organizations seeking AI governance training for internal teams The academy is differentiated because it is not theoretical. It focuses on how AI governance actually works inside enterprises: intake, risk tiering, controls, monitoring, evaluations, documentation, regulatory alignment, incident response, and executive oversight. Engagement Objective We need an agency to help us build a high-converting go-to-market engine for the AI Governance Academy. The goal is to move from visibility and authority to conversion and revenue.
