Fractional CTO / AI Architect for 60-min consultancy (AI Automation, AI Agents, LLMs, NLP, RAG)

We’re an early-stage SaaS startup building an AI-native product in EdTech. We need a senior Fractional CTO or Tech Advisor for a focused paid consultancy session (30–60 minutes) to review our technical approach and provide actionable next steps. Scope One-time 30- or 60-minute remote advisory call (video preferred). Deliverables: prioritized technical recommendations and a short follow-up summary (1 page) with next steps. Optional: 1–2 follow-up clarifying messages within 7 days. What we need help with - High-level technical strategy and risk assessment for a SaaS product. - Assessment of proposed architecture for multi-tenant SaaS and cloud migration (AWS/Azure). - Recommendation for integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and AI Automation workflows. - Suggestions for AI Agent design, model selection, and data/model lifecycle. - Quick security/compliance flags (GDPR/HIPAA) and cost optimization tips. - Guidance on immediate Product Development priorities and hiring/vendor needs. Required consultant expertise - Fractional CTO or senior technical advisor experience with SaaS startups. - Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector DBs (Pinecone/FAISS/Qdrant) and LangChain-like tooling. - Experience with AI Automation, AI agent concepts, and AI/ML integration. - Strong full-stack and cloud background (Node.js, Python, React; AWS and/or Azure; Terraform). - Clear communicator who can deliver concise, practical guidance in one session.
