About the Project We are building a full-suite HR platform for our organization. We are currently in the final stretch of delivering our HR Foundation (Employees, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment) and now need a dedicated agency/developer to build out our Performance Management System (PMS) module from spec to production. The module is currently in wireframe/UI-skeleton state. You will implement the full frontend logic, state management, data flows, and dashboard analytics. Tech Stack (Non-negotiable) Scope of Work: What You Will Build 1. PMS Configuration & Settings - Methodology selector: OKR, KPI/Rating Scale, Hybrid (OKR + KPI), or Competency-Based - Review participant toggles: Self-Assessment, Manager Review, 360°/Peer Feedback, Upward Feedback, Calibration - Rating scale builder (3-point, 5-point, custom) - Competency library (name, category, weight) - Hybrid score weighting (OKR % + KPI % + Competency %) 2. Review Cycles - Create/edit cycles (Annual, Half-Yearly, Quarterly, Project-based) - Configure due dates: self-assessment, manager review, peer feedback, calibration - Cycle status lifecycle: Draft → Active → Closed - Cycle-aware routing and active-cycle banner across the module 3. Goals & OKRs - Cascading goals: Company → Department → Team → Individual - Key Results (KR) with metric, target, current progress, unit Goal status: Not Started / On Track / At Risk / Off Track / Achieved - Approval workflow for goals - Parent-child linking and progress roll-up 4. Appraisals - Employee self-assessment form (goal-level scoring + comments) - Manager review form (score override, final comments) - Status tracking: Pending → In Progress → Submitted → Approved → Calibrated - Goal-scored rollup into final rating 5. 360° Feedback - Peer / direct report / cross-functional reviewer assignment - Anonymous or named feedback collection - Strengths & improvement areas - Submission status tracking 6. Calibration - HR-led calibration session creation (by department) - Rating adjustment log (original → final, with reason) - Facilitator assignment and session status 7. 9-Box Grid - Performance vs. Potential matrix visualization - Drag-and-drop or click-to-place employee positioning - Color-coded quadrants with population counts 8. Development Plans - Per-employee growth plans linked to a cycle - Action items with due dates and status (Planned / In Progress / Done) - Mentor assignment 9. Continuous Feedback - Year-round praise, suggestions, and check-ins - Employee-to-employee messaging feed 10. Dashboard & Analytics - Org-wide stats: active employees, cycle completion %, average score, pending actions - Department score distribution (bar chart) - Rating distribution (pie chart) - Performance trend across cycles (line chart) - Pending actions panel with direct navigation 11. Role Switcher - Context switching: HR Admin, Manager, Employee, Peer - UI adapts forms and actions based on active role Deliverables What We Provide - Existing UI component library (shadcn wrappers, layout shell, tables, modals, form fields) - Data model interfaces and seed data specs - Figma/wireframe/prototype references for page layouts - All other HR module references (so PMS feels consistent)
