While you have unlimited usage over the song (streams, sales of physical copies, number of music videos, etc.), I am still the sole owner of it and retain the original copyright. This agreement is more expensive and I do 50/50 profit splits with this kind of deal, but I am open for negotiations. - A Non-exclusive with unlimited rights license means that you have unlimited usage over the song, but I can still sell it to other people and they too can distribute it. - The license agreements refer only to songs without vocals (beats/instrumentals).
