I know the case law — Cushman v. Trans Union, Nelson v. Chase Manhattan, Johnson v. MBNA — and I use it where it matters.
Most clients with legitimate inaccuracies see real movement within 45 to 90 days. I won't promise a specific score — no honest specialist does — but I build the strongest case the law allows and I don't stop at Round 1.
