Top Tier Advisory helps founders and management teams raise capital by turning complex businesses into clean, investor-ready materials. We build the core deliverables investors actually care about: financial models, valuations, pitch decks, and investor memos. Our job is simple, make your numbers defensible, make your story easy to follow, and make sure everything aligns so you can walk into investor conversations with confidence. We are a full-time team of five. The business is led by Devin Teer and Adrian Nortier (co-founders and partners), supported by a dedicated financial modeler and two senior analysts who have been with the company for 3 years. When needed, we also help you pressure-test assumptions, tighten the deck flow, and prepare for investor questions so you don’t get caught off guard in diligence. We’re based in South Africa, but we work globally and travel often. We’re regularly represented in London, the Netherlands, Australia, Bali, and Denmark, so if you prefer to meet face-to-face, we can usually make that happen.
